Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Travel Implementation Trainer to join our team. • Travel to various healthcare facilities (1-3 weeks at a time) to provide on-site training and implementation support for DeepScribe’s solution. • Assist in the customization of DeepScribe’s note preferences to meet the specific needs of each healthcare provider. • Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure seamless integration of DeepScribe with existing EHR systems. • Maintain clear and consistent communication with healthcare providers and DeepScribe team, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. • Gather feedback from healthcare providers to identify areas for improvement in the training process and software.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months -1 year of experience in a training or implementation role, preferably in the healthcare industry. • Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and other healthcare-related software. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to diverse audiences. • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and environments. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time. • Must be willing and able to travel extensively, with trips lasting up to 1-3+ weeks at a time per month.
