• Company Background: DeepSeas is the leading innovator in Cyber-Threat Analytics and response services for mid-market clients and government organizations. • Position Overview: Seeking a motivated Cyber Security Operator to enhance expertise in incident investigations and systems monitoring in a customer-service oriented environment. • Flexibility is key due to possible early morning, evening or weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Preferred background and education in information technology. • Military service in a technology-specific area such as Information Technology, Systems, electronics, cyber-security, or related fields is highly valued. • Experience in information technology (I.T.) or information systems (I.S.). • Holds a bachelor's degree, or relevant technical certification(s) in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience. • Demonstrates strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal. • Possesses solid analytical skills with the ability to think quickly and respond appropriately to stressful situations. • Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently when necessary. • Holds a CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification, with a proven commitment to maintaining and advancing certifications in the field.
