📋 Description
• Responsible for the success of the service operation, including customer satisfaction, service excellence, and operational efficiency • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, to understand their needs and expectations and ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed expectations • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the professional services operations team to foster a culture of excellence and professional development • Develop and implement strategic plans and processes to optimize service delivery consistency and quality and enhance operational profitability • Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization of resources • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices • Collaborate with other functional teams towards overall business objectives
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree • Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing professional services operations in the Software Development and IT Services industry • Proven track record of driving process improvement and operational efficiency • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive operational excellence • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
