• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree • Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing professional services operations in the Software Development and IT Services industry • Proven track record of driving process improvement and operational efficiency • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive operational excellence • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
