• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Pages, and the Power Platform. • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. • Analyze and resolve issues related to account management, system configurations, and integrations. • Document support cases, solutions, and best practices to enhance the knowledge base. • Conduct training sessions and webinars for clients to maximize their use of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. • Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features of Dynamics 365, Power Pages, and the Power Platform to provide informed support.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, Power Pages, and the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required. • Desirable / Plus Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and C#. • Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure and Office 365. • Knowledge of CRM. • Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on technical support or consulting.
