Description
• Recruitment agencies can recommend candidates for the roles at DeGate • The Recruitment Agency Bounty Program simplifies the process of recommending candidates • DeGate will reward a placement fee for successful introductions • Blind introductions can be made • All introductions must be accepted by DeGate in order to qualify for the Bounty • Bounty will only be rewarded for successful candidate selection • Payment will be made 3 months after the candidate starts • Rate will be 20% for non-engineering role and 22% for engineering roles
Requirements
• Recruitment agencies must inform candidates that their details are being shared with DeGate • The party who presented the candidate earliest will hold the ownership and the entitled Bounty if successful • Recruitment agencies must comply with DeGate's terms and conditions for the Recruitment Agency Bounty Program
Benefits
• Bounty rewarded for successful candidate introductions by recruitment agencies • Bounty is a percentage of the successful candidate's annual base, at 35% • Payout will be in the form of Fiat Currency or tokens, recipient's choice of USDC or DG Tokens • Negotiation and signing of terms such as Placement Fee, Guarantee Period, Replacement etc. is possible
