Description
• Oversee the full localization workflow and manage localization quality assurance program. • Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders for high-quality content delivery. • Educate internal stakeholders on localization best practices.
Requirements
• 5+ years in localization, with linguistic quality assurance management experience • Expertise in localization testing best practices (functional and linguistic) • Proficient in project management tools, TMS, CMS, and LQA tools, including XTM, Jira, Zendesk, WordPress CMS, and GitHub • Strong localization industry knowledge and experience; vendor management is a plus • Ability to work independently, managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines under pressure
