• Belegerfassung von Rechnungen und Barbelegen in lexoffice • Erfassung aller Ausgänge in einer vorgefertigten Excel-Tabelle • Zuordnung von offenen Rechnungen und abgehenden Zahlungen in lexoffice • Monatsabrechnung vorbereiten zur Übergabe an den Steuerberater • Erstellung eines Reportings der aktuellen Ausgaben anhand der selbst geführten Excel Tabelle • Vorstellung dieses Reportings in unseren Wöchentlichen Calls • Wöchentliche Blogeinträge zum Thema Handwerk, welcher auf unserer Website online geht • Conversion Tracking und Auswertung • Content Generation - Erstelle ansprechende Posts für Instagram
🎯 Requirements
• Gute Kommunikation / Schrift in Deutsch • Gute Kenntnisse in Google Sheets • Kenntnisse in lexoffice und Google Drive von Vorteil • Du arbeitest analytisch und gewissenhaft • Genaues Arbeiten ist für dich selbstverständlich und fällt dir leicht • Organisationstalent und gute Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke • Bonus: Du sprichst und schreibst Polnisch • Idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung (kann nicht muss!)
