📋 Description

• Delbridge Solutions is one of North America’s fastest-growing technology companies, providing world-class software solutions and implementation services. • The Professional Services Project Manager will oversee client projects within the technology consulting domain. • This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and budgets. • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, proficiency in project management methodologies, stakeholder communication, and risk management. • They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and ensure adherence to project scope and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or relevant work experience. • 5-7 years of project management experience with enterprise-scale software solutions or consulting services delivery. • Proven leadership skills in complex, transformative projects, with responsibility for leading project teams and delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget. • Ability to create plans and priorities for both project delivery and customer resources. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record of affecting change through engagement. • Excellent interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication abilities. • Certification or experience with PMI PMBOK or Scrum methodologies is beneficial. • Strong working knowledge of Agile framework and related practices. • Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish is required.
