• Analyzes customers' demographic details to form marketing strategies • Contributes to creating digital assets, including email campaigns and social media content • Creates presentation format and compiles data for sales presentations • Checks inventory and orders samples • Attends to concerns of customers, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders • Coordinates production of orders and communicates with suppliers • Creates and manages customers' online/e-commerce stores • Ensures accurate and updated information • Provides administrative and project support for various marketing projects • Performs ad hoc tasks aligned with the above
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field • 1-2 years of direct Promotional, E-Commerce, or similar experience • Strong BPO (voice and non-voice) experience is preferred • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US operating hours • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications • Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to diverse types of characters • Comfortable with social media marketing • Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial
