Description

• Creating, developing, and maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation of various processes. • Collaborates with subject matter experts for accurate process documentation. • Reviews and updates existing documented processes and guidelines. • Provides recommendations for operational efficiency. • Proposes creative ideas to ensure process effectiveness. • Facilitates training and support for stakeholders. • Conducts regular reviews and audits of process documents. • Assists in holding people accountable for following processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, industrial engineering, or any related field. • At least two (2) years of direct experience in process documentation, improvement, and technical writing. • Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage. • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. • Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. • Strong exposure to Workday, and Asana is advantageous. • Preferably with a strong knowledge and background in Excel. • Preferably experienced in the BPO industry.
