• Create and design mockups for a variety of promotional products, ensuring they align with client branding and specifications. • Develop creative packaging designs that enhance product appeal and consumer experience. • Design visually engaging marketing decks and presentations for client pitches and internal use. • Produce high-quality digital assets for social media campaigns and website content. • Prepare and finalize artwork files for print production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to print specifications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive design solutions. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new merchandise and marketing campaigns.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in branded merchandise or promotional products. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). • Strong understanding of print production processes and requirements. • Demonstrated experience in designing for branded merchandise, packaging, and digital marketing assets. • Exceptional creative skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design trends. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
