Description

• Assisting with Event management (reservations, planning and logistics, monitoring shipments, managing apparel orders). • Monitoring and managing LinkedIn inbox and connections. • Posting provided content on company and CEO LinkedIn accounts. • Supporting with the management of our Comms plan. • Scheduling HubSpot emails and surveys. • Testing website forms and supporting other website updates. • Supporting with the creation of marketing assets. • Working with the team to keep our Marketing Asset list updated. • Updating scorecards (weekly). • Scheduling and attending meetings. • Monitoring and updating Asana boards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Creative, Management, Marketing, or any related field. • At least two (2) years of direct experience in marketing assistance. • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. • Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. • Strong exposure to HubSpot and Asana is advantageous. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Superb attention to detail. • Top-notch time management and organizational skills. • Familiarity with LinkedIn and Canva. • Experience with HubSpot, Asana and Microsoft Teams are preferred.
