Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas factories • Oversee import production process including design, sampling, third-party testing, inspections and shipping • Monitor import projects to ensure adherence to production schedules • Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, including sales teams and product development team • Support internal teams throughout the project lifecycle • Establish clear production management guidelines • Maintain production schedules • Oversee the manufacturing process, including version tracking, and evaluation against specifications • Ensure final sign-off from internal teams and clients • Communicate with factories regarding all aspects of product life cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 2-4 years of project management experience in sales, corporate marketing, or the promotional products industry, preferred • Experience with overseas importing • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to analyze and interpret business documents • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and effectively present information • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills • Solutions-driven with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines accurately • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) • Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.)
