β€’ Responsible for providing customers with information on product pricing, features, and availability. β€’ Responsible for creating proposals, quotes, and opportunities. β€’ Responsible for creating presentation formats and compiling data for sales presentations. β€’ Documenting all order-related activities in various systems. β€’ Sending follow-ups with suppliers on orders. β€’ Ensuring up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. β€’ Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound emails. β€’ Providing general day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors. β€’ Performing ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field β€’ 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role β€’ Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills β€’ Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours β€’ Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications β€’ Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal β€’ Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience β€’ Customer orientation and adaptability to diverse personality types β€’ Comfortable with social media marketing β€’ Various promotional industry-specific software knowledge (i.e., Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore)
