📋 Description

• Lead and contribute to the development of our campaign management platform. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and deliver impactful solutions. • Contribute to hands-on coding, code reviews, and system design while mentoring a small team of engineers. • Identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives that align with organizational objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading small engineering teams. • 5+ years of experience in object-oriented programming (Python preferred). • 2+ years of experience building scalable, robust services and deploying microservices from scratch. • Strong understanding of backend server components, performance optimization, and system scaling. • Expertise in SQL and database query optimization. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
