Description

• Responsible for developing and maintaining the backend microservices and front-end application for our ABX & Sales Intelligence Cloud • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX, and platform engineering • Build robust, scalable features powered by sophisticated ML-driven analytics • Focus on Java/Scala for microservices and React/Typescript for the front-end • Help set technical direction, implement best practices, and contribute to building reliable, testable APIs • Collaboration with Cloud Ops, QA, and DevOps is key to ensuring seamless deployment and high-quality releases

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as either a full stack engineer, backend engineer or frontend engineer • Experience building microservices in Java/Scala • Solid understanding of building APIs atop RDBMS • Attention to detail at a visual and technical level • Has a product-oriented mind and strong desire to solve problems for customers • Should help drive thoughtful and testable API design • Experience working closely with UX and Product • Experience working closely with cross-functional platform engineering teams • Additional experience helpful for success in this role: Has worked on large B2B and SaaS applications leveraging React, Redux, and Sagas • Typescript experience or a strong desire to learn • Experience using data visualization libraries like Highcharts or D3 • Strong Kubernetes and/or Istio experience • Experience with implementing and owning CI/CD pipelines (esp in Gitlab) • Experience with Postgres, ZIO, Clickhouse, Iceberg, Spark
