• Coordinate between teams for the flawless execution of projects. • Client relationship management and client communication with respect to all phases of the project • Leading a completely remote team, responsible for their training and productivity • Well versed with Agile methodologies and play the role of scrum master • Liaison between multi-functional team within the organization • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope. • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility. • Ensure resource availability and allocation. • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule. • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. • Report and escalate to management as needed. • Perform risk management to minimize project risks. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Drive and active contributor to organizational initiatives and goals
• Should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis of 4+ years with minimum 3+ years of hands-on development experience • Proficient in Project management tools such as Jira, MS project plan, Trello, Asana, Version One, MS Office, etc • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, cloud technologies, and web technologies. • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. • Good to have an analytics background • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector. PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
