📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • At Dengun Agency, we foster a lively, team-driven atmosphere where our dedicated members thrive in marketing, design, web dev, and digital innovation. • Together we build digital platforms that engage, campaigns that convert, and brands that thrive. • As the SEO & WEB ANALYTICS SPECIALIST of the Agency, you will drive organic growth by optimizing websites, analyzing performance data, performing technical audits and implementing strategies that enhance search visibility and user experience. • Your responsibilities will include: Implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic visibility across search engines and AI-driven platforms; Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for website optimization; Conduct and elaborate content strategies (for websites, blogs, landing pages) optimized for search engines; Develop sitemap and/or plan website information architecture; Perform technical audits to identify and resolve website issues that may impact search engine rankings; Perform website optimization strategies through relevant tools or methods (e.g., A/B testing, heat-maps); Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using GA4 and other SEO tools; Stay up-to-date with industry trends, AI Tools for SEO and the future of AI powered Search, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices to ensure continuous optimization; Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations; Track, report, and present key SEO performance indicators to stakeholders on a regular basis (such as organic traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate).
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to track marketing campaigns using Google Tag Manager. • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing) and SEO best practices. • Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, and other important SEO tools (Semrush, etc). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic. • Experience/knowledge in reporting platforms such as Looker Studio. • Team Spirit and proactive mindset. • Fluent in English (B2 to C1) and Portuguese.
