📋 Description
• Lead, implement and supervise Marketing initiatives within the Eastern Europe region with a deep focus on Poland • Track and optimize our positioning vs competition on all targets • Define a bi-annual marketing plan in line with Global Marketing Imperatives • Execute the DM regional market strategy to gain a foothold in Eastern Europe • Collaborate with the International Head of Marketing for local initiatives • Take responsibility for the Eastern European marketing budget • Support the Sales and Customer Success team in Eastern Europe • Coordinate with the Communication and Graphic Design team to create engaging copy and content • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to roll out various marketing strategies • Organize/manage events such as webinars, scientific congresses, and masterclasses • Evaluate opportunities and nurture relationships for partnerships and advertising
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of demonstrable working experience in marketing • Experience in setting up and optimizing 360 integrated marketing programs • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking • Up-to-date with the latest legislation, trends, and best practices in comms, marketings etc. • Fluent in verbal and written English and Polish
