Description

• Onboarding new customers and creating custom workflows tailored to the needs of each office • Training new clinicians and dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite of solutions • Nurturing existing customers to maximize the benefits of the DentalMonitoring AI technology and dashboard • Building strong relationships with customers to endorse the DentalMonitoring brand • Acting as a technical bridge between the customers and DentalMonitoring platform • Supporting and attending local trade shows • Working with sales teams to provide the best onboarding experience for customers • Influencing doctors and staff to adopt new protocols • Traveling up to 60% to train and support in-person office implementation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in dentistry and/or orthodontics or equivalent degree • Excellent understanding of the conceptual/consultative sales approach • Consultative, training and implementation experience • Ability to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external clients • High level of IT/computer science knowledge and a strong interest in new technologies • Ability to act diplomatically, demonstrate listening skills and empathy • Ability to influence and provoke changes in clients' way of thinking • Ability to prioritize tasks, organize and prioritize priorities • Proactive and proactive • Independent, enthusiastic, and curious • Team spirit
