Description
• Onboarding new customers and creating custom workflows • Training clinicians and dental teams to use DentalMonitoring solutions • Nurturing existing customers for maximum benefits • Building relationships for brand endorsement • Acting as a technical bridge between customers and platform • Supporting local trade shows • Working with sales teams for best onboarding experience • Influencing adoption of disruptive technology • Traveling up to 60% for training and support
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in dentistry and/or orthodontics or equivalent degree • Excellent understanding of consultative sales approach • Consultative, training, and implementation experience • Ability to build partnerships with clients • High level of IT/computer science knowledge • Ability to act diplomatically and demonstrate empathy • Ability to influence changes in clients' way of thinking • Ability to prioritize tasks and organize effectively • Proactive and independent • Team spirit • Native Turkish speaker, fluent in English
