• Manage triage and resolution of support tickets. • Implement Incident Management processes. • Triage tickets based on subject matter and complexity. • Perform support fixes that can be resolved 'first time' without escalation. • Maintain global system security roles and supporting content. • Produce regular reports in agreed formats/data sets. • Measure and monitor service level targets. • Monitor System Implementation partner portal. • Maintain user FAQs and support documentation. • Keep up to date with SuccessFactors HCM functionality. • Other tasks as assigned.
• Proven experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors. • Proven advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Certification considered an asset.
