• Responsible for harnessing the power of social media data to translate complex insights into narratives • Leverage expertise in data storytelling to uncover brand performance insights • Stay abreast of current and emerging trends • Collect, compile, and format large datasets • Develop comprehensive workbooks and documentation • Craft compelling reports and presentations • Participate in quality control initiatives and workflow optimization efforts • Support revenue and growth initiatives through ad-hoc requests.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media analytics • Advanced proficiency in industry-standard social media analytics and listening tools • Ability to effectively communicate complex social media data insights • A strong desire to contribute to a high-performing team environment • Experience applying industry best practices to ensure data accuracy • The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets • The ability to create clear, compelling, and visually appealing presentations and reports • Solid understanding of computer applications, spreadsheet software, and Microsoft Office Suite • The ability to actively listen to client needs and project requirements.
