Description

• Manage the US payroll function for Deputy, overseeing payroll processing and benefits administration. • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and conduct routine payroll audits. • Provide timely responses to employee payroll and benefits inquiries.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience as a payroll specialist or similar role • Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration, preferably in a similar role with both hybrid payroll processing and benefits administration. • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification is a plus. • Strong knowledge of payroll software (e.g., Rippling, ADP, Paychex) • Experience working with Rippling would be advantageous • Advanced knowledge of payroll and benefits procedures and related laws in the U.S. and practical experience with processing payroll for employees within these states • Experience working with global teams across the APAC time zones • Experience with Netsuite would be advantageous
