• At Deputy, we empower businesses to build thriving workplaces - ones where staff are engaged, customers are served well, businesses are legally compliant, and companies’ profits thrive. • Deputy is a global SaaS workforce management company headquartered in Sydney, San Francisco, and London. • The Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing strategic marketing programs to drive demand, generate leads, and build brand awareness. • This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including sales, product, and content. • A key aspect of this role involves planning and executing both virtual and in-person events to expand brand presence and engage target audiences. • We’re seeking a strategic marketer who can execute top- and mid-funnel programs, including ABM, intent-based marketing, personalization, and events while leveraging data to optimize results.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Experience: 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within SaaS or technology sectors. • Proven expertise in demand generation, event marketing, and integrated campaigns. • Skills & Competencies: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Proficient in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous optimization and performance measurement. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a desire to learn and grow. • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
