🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of software engineering experience • Experience in both platform and product development • Strong track record of driving technical standards and best practices across multiple teams • Experience with developer experience (DX) improvements • Excellence in gathering and synthesizing feedback from multiple stakeholders • Strong data analysis skills • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Experience with modern development practices and tooling • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
