📋 Description
• As a key member of the HCP Communications & Engagement team, lead marketing execution across channels including email and social • Ensure executional excellence tied to key performance indicators • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and deploy all solutions • Ensure data enrichment is an integral part of communications & engagement plans
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated leadership essentials • Bachelor's degree • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing • Prior experience in healthcare/pharma/agency preferred • Prior experience in a growing startup or similar environment is a plus • Travel – estimated less than 20%
