• Digital and Social Content Strategist role focused on developing social media and digital content strategies • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored strategies • Develop innovative digital content intended to engage target audiences and align with client objectives • Contribute platform expertise across current and emerging social media platforms • Regularly create Point of Views (POVs) and thought leadership pieces • Offer actionable, strategic recommendations based on data, trends, and client needs • Work closely with internal teams to ensure messaging and strategy alignment • Stay ahead of digital content trends and bring innovative ideas • Build and maintain strong relationships with peers and clients • Take a hands-on approach to executing strategies and delivering impactful campaigns • Adapt versatile strategies for evolving client needs
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital content strategy, social media marketing, and community management. A strong background in B2B and B2C digital content is essential. • Social Media Expertise: Deep knowledge of the social media landscape, including established platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and newer, emerging platforms (Threads, BlueSky, TikTok, etc.). • Strategic Thinking: A proven track record of developing and implementing innovative digital and social content strategies that drive engagement and measurable results. • Client-Facing Experience: Comfortable working directly with clients to understand their needs, presenting strategic recommendations, and managing ongoing relationships. • Writing & Content Creation: Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling blogs, thought leadership articles, social media posts, and campaign messaging. • Data-Driven: Ability to leverage analytics to inform content decisions, optimize strategies, and demonstrate the impact of digital campaigns. • Innovative Mindset: A forward-thinking approach with the ability to anticipate trends and shifts in the digital landscape, keeping clients ahead of the curve. • Collaboration: Team player who enjoys working cross-functionally and is willing to roll up their sleeves and tackle challenges. • Tech-Savvy: Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms. Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem and tools is a plus. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
