Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital content strategy, social media marketing, and community management. A strong background in B2B and B2C digital content is essential. • Social Media Expertise: Deep knowledge of the social media landscape, including established platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and newer, emerging platforms (Threads, BlueSky, TikTok, etc.). • Strategic Thinking: A proven track record of developing and implementing innovative digital and social content strategies that drive engagement and measurable results. • Client-Facing Experience: Comfortable working directly with clients to understand their needs, presenting strategic recommendations, and managing ongoing relationships. • Writing & Content Creation: Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling blogs, thought leadership articles, social media posts, and campaign messaging. • Data-Driven: Ability to leverage analytics to inform content decisions, optimize strategies, and demonstrate the impact of digital campaigns. • Innovative Mindset: A forward-thinking approach with the ability to anticipate trends and shifts in the digital landscape, keeping clients ahead of the curve. • Collaboration: Team player who enjoys working cross-functionally and is willing to roll up their sleeves and tackle challenges. • Tech-Savvy: Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms. Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem and tools is a plus. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
