Description

• Take a leadership role in client engagements across many different industries • Engagement with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and help create roadmaps • Building Machine Learning algorithms and systems • Building experimentation and analysis frameworks • Mentor and be a thought leader on how to use data to understand and improve outcomes • Document and present results to internal and external stakeholders and partners • Data modeling • Providing ad-hoc analysis to internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in building machine learning and data science algorithms • Strong SQL, R, and Python skills • Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling • Gathering and documenting requirements based on discussions with business stakeholders and technical team members • Experience with Databricks or equivalent • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Comfortable communicating with VP and C-level stakeholders • Experience developing and applying advanced UQ, V&V, and/or ML methods to real-world problems • Experience with Power BI and Tableau • Prior consulting experience • Experience with various forms of data modeling, including relational, star and snowflake schemas • Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Experience in Technical Discovery, Project Scoping, Labor Estimation, Drafting SOWs • Master Data Management (Profisee, MDS) • Data Quality Management • Data Governance
