Description

• Design Pickle is looking for an experienced Applied Machine Learning Engineer to help develop new ways to inspire customers and streamline processes. • Build and maintain data pipelines and models to power decision-making and insights. • Rapidly conceptualize, develop, and deploy web applications that are data-driven and leverage AI. • Utilize Python data science libraries such as Pandas and Scikit for data processing. • Design, implement, and integrate production-grade generative AI APIs. • Mentor team members in data-centric roles and ensure best practices. • Architect and deploy scalable data solutions supporting AI models and products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data science and web application software engineering. • 2+ years in building full stack applications to prove out concepts and prototypes. • 2+ years of experience of building out AWS Ops architecture. • Ability to communicate proactively and cross functionally with audiences of varying technical ability. • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning. • Familiarity with Pandas and Scikit, and other data science libraries. • Proficiency with Snowflake, including data integration, products, and leveraging these within machine learning workflows. • Knowledge of implementing and integrating generative AI models and APIs. • Experience with Gen AI prompt engineering and prompt optimization. • Ability to incorporate concept and experiment code into production quality web application backend. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
