📋 Description

• Are you passionate about social media and eager to take your skills to the next level in a fast-paced, innovative environment? • Join deskbird as a Social Media Working Student and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online presence. • This role offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management while contributing to a growing SaaS startup with exciting challenges ahead. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create, curate, and optimise engaging content for our social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn. • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement. • Support the tracking and analysis of social media performance metrics to provide insights and actionable recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in German (C1 or higher) is highly desirable. • Familiarity with major social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, and a passion for creating engaging content. • Basic proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva) and an eye for design aesthetics. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • A creative mindset, coupled with attention to detail and a drive to continuously learn and improve. • Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus. • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and report on social media performance is a bonus.
