📋 Description

• Senior Frontend Engineer with 5+ years of experience of designing and engineering UIs for SaaS companies. • This is an incredible opportunity to be one of the first engineers at detech.ai and shape our trajectory. • You will experience what being at a scrappy startup is like. • Building a performant web application for Site Reliability Engineers to create Service Level Objectives to make sure their product is providing incredible user experiences. • Scoping, designing, implementing, and owning end-to-end feature sets. • Implementing compelling, usable UIs; contribute to their design, and implement them. • Improving performance and address scalability limits. • Defining the development standards, processes and guidelines at detech.ai. • Teaching and learning from the other team members to make sure the team is growing together. • Owning meaningful parts of our service, having an impact and growing with the company.

🎯 Requirements

• You have been designing and engineering UIs for several years • You love to make complex things easy through powerful abstraction and intuitive UX • You have been working with a major framework in the past (React preferably) • You’re a master of Javascript, HTML, and CSS and you’re aware of the latest trends with frontend technologies • Have an eye for design and knows what looks good and doesn't. • You know how to use design patterns to create simple and reusable components for complex UIs • You are familiar with data structures and algorithms, profiling and optimization • Your work or portfolio is visible online • You value code simplicity, performance, and details • Nice to have: You are familiar with Agile methods. • You have experience on AWS • You have already worked in a startup. Can empathize with the challenges of running software in production and are eager to solve them
