Description
• Manage the hiring process for Jr to Mid roles. • Screen resumes for medium to high-level roles and conduct initial phone screenings. • Contact universities for employer branding opportunities and participation in job fairs. • Assist in the preparation and creation of training materials for managers in relation to recruitment/interviews processes.
Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in HR areas, preferably as a generalist in fast paced company. • Degree in Psychology, Administration, HR, or related field. • Intermediate/Advanced English. • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and previous experience using an ATS or HRIS (wish).
