Description
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to understand client needs and business objectives. • Provide technical guidance and impactful demonstrations to potential clients. • Architect tailored solutions that meet client requirements. • Troubleshoot complex issues and schedule checkpoints to ensure deal progression. • Construct and deliver engaging product demos highlighting the benefits of payment orchestration solutions. • Identify and articulate how solutions add value to client’s business in the pre-sales stage.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering role or similar technical position. • Proven track record of successfully managing technical pre-sales activities, including discovery, design, and client presentations. • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business solutions. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in handling high-pressure situations. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients. • Strong tech savvy in the payments industry: Cross-border and Local. • High level understanding of code, API and SQL and programming languages knowledge. • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing technical teams. • Experience with payment orchestration solutions and tools like COAST is a plus. • Proven knowledge in AWS Cloudwatch, New Relic, Kibana, Datadog or similar systems to dig in and find evidence that could lead to the client's issue or technical question is a plus. • Fluent in English and Spanish. Ideally Fluent Portuguese.
