• Provide tactical onboarding support and management, including tests, validation, and certification. • Troubleshoot complex issues and schedule checkpoints to ensure alignment and adjustments as necessary. • Control of the Time To Market (TTM) solution deliverables and project schedule within the client. • Provide a product driven thought by focusing on what is feasible to be constructed for complex integrations. • Monitor and support integration post-launch to ensure solution performance by addressing technical complex issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering role or similar technical position. • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business solutions. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in handling high-pressure situations. • Strong tech savvy in payments industry: Cross-border and Local. • High level understanding of code, API and SQL and programming languages knowledge. • Proven knowledge in AWS Cloudwatch, New Relic, Kibana, Datadog or similar systems to dig in and find evidences that could lead to the client's issue or technical question. • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing technical teams. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Fluent in English and Spanish. Ideally Fluent Portuguese.
