• Guiding and coaching agile teams to foster a culture of agility and innovation. • Actively contributing to the enhancement of overarching processes and structures. • Collaborating within a supportive community that values open communication and trust. • Assisting the product owner of the squad within an agile framework by proactively identifying and resolving potential impediments. • to manage the backlog and help the team to ask the right questions to the stakeholders in order to improve backlog items objectives • Assisting the release train engineer in the organization of the PI Planning. • Participating in the scrum master sync events in the supersquad. • Lead an agile team in PI Planning, ensuring readiness and setting clear, achievable goals. • Facilitate the creation of SMART PI objectives and help to identify and track risks and impediments as well as dependencies within the Agile Release Train (ART). • Build high-performing, collaborative team that deliver strong business outcomes. • Ensure that the necessary agile events take place and are positive, productive and kept within the established timebox.
• Proactive personality • German and English – work proficiency • 3-5 years of experience as a scrum master/team coach with developer teams • Jira, Confluence, Webex, Teams • Practice with agile methods, development processes and software tools • Experience in multinational environment • Scrum master certification • Nice to have: Technical background: experience with testing or software development
