• Target group oriented coaching of ServiceNow specific topics • Taking responsibility for coding, testing, debugging, and creating technical documentation as well as test cases and test automation • Creating and implementing end to end solutions for customers, addressing requirements through technical architecture in consideration of process design, ServiceNow Technical Proven Practice and Standards • Defining and implementing technical solutions aligned with client’s business problems • Supporting the scoping of service engagements involving at least one ServiceNow product • Taking responsibility from simple to complex integration tasks regarding the interface creation with different external client applications/systems • Participating in agile ceremonies, assessing and estimating requirements • Understanding business needs to be able to offer the best technical solutions • Continuous self development to stay updated with modern engineering practices • Strong experience in modern engineering practices, e.g. DevOps, CI/CD, automation, APIs
• 3+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow • Deep knowledge and experience in JavaScript language, server, and client-side coding, use of APIs • Experience in agile frameworks, e.g. SAFe, Scrum, or similar agile frameworks • Experience with programming languages, databases and scripting e.g. SQL, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, Angular, AngularJS • ServiceNow Certificate(s) (e.g. CAD) • English language knowledge • Advantages: Knowledge of the telco industry and Software Defined Anything (SDx) would be a great addition • Familiarity with the Telemanagement Forum Open APIs e.g. TMF622 • Familiarity with REST APIs, SOAP and principles of Agile Model Driven Development would be a plus
