Description

• Analyzing and providing solutions for most complex tasks. • Providing 3rd level support, solving problems and escalating most complex issues. • Investigating the root cause of complex incidents and then initiate actions to improve or correct the situation. • Evaluating, authorizing, prioritizing, planning and reviewing complex changes in controlled manner or escalate to higher authority. • Identifying weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards. • Creating / reviewing / maintaining procedures and complex technical documentation to support IT service. • Providing expert advice, consultancy and support for internal/external customer & management. • Providing reports and regularly communicates with project stakeholders and/or customer. • Participating on Solution Designs and Architecture activities.

Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience • Very good experience in Linux and Network platforms • Speak English B2
