📋 Description
• Responsibility for the determination of monthly and year-end activities • Coordination with Controlling • Preparation of invoices for existing customers • Annual budget planning and support for service managers • Creating of ILVs and regular updating • Actual planned cost analysis of existing contracts • Administrative and organizational support for management • Data processing and maintenance in internal tools • Preparing and reconciling of monthly cost allocations • Monitoring and maintenance of master and transaction data • Creating of AE reports in collaboration with SDM and Controlling • Supporting ordering activities for external service providers
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or completed vocational training with adequate professional experience • At least three years of experience in comparable tasks • Hold the ITIL V3 Foundation, SeM Basic certificates • Good general IT overview and DTAG portfolio knowledge • Analytical, systematic and structured way of working • High flexibility, ability to work under pressure and willingness to perform • Personal interest in the specialist subject and independent development of new knowledge • Speak English at least on B2 level and German on level C1
