• Join the operational services team at Deutsche Telekom • Design complex Microsoft 365 solutions for customers • Be the technical contact during the pre-sales phase • Support implementation of modern cloud-based Microsoft 365 solutions • Work on technical solution design for innovative cloud architectures • Develop tailor-made offers for customer requirements • Scout and evaluate new Microsoft 365 technologies
Requirements
• Experienced in Microsoft 365 product range and technologies • Strong experience with Microsoft hybrid cloud solutions • Distinctive experience in the context of licensing Microsoft products • Experience in dealing with classic Microsoft products and technologies • Experienced in cloud computing architecture • Technical certifications (e.g. Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) • Confident appearance, customer orientation, and assertiveness • Very sound technical understanding and at least 8 years of experience in IT operations • Distinct customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting • Excellent presentation and moderation skills and negotiation skills • Speak English B2 and German B1+
