Description

• Organize and implement relevant processes DTAG wide. • Manage process rollout in time, budget, quality. • Provide consultancy in strategic Automation Projects and Quality initiatives. • Govern process quality and effectiveness by quality control in process optimization programs. • Design and develop complex business processes. • Create and document process documentation such as tasks, roles, systems, input/output data, and support design of Graphical User Interfaces. • Review and handle dependencies on other functions and teams. • Design and develop KPIs measuring process quality and efficiency at enterprise level. • Analyze KPI results and identify gaps and variances in existing processes/procedures. • Coordinate and manage activities related to Communities of Practice and Process Improvement Team. • Develop training content relevant to the process and participate in the Quality Academy implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience at Process organization and quality management. • Certification at ITIL foundation. • Experienced at MS Office, PC Skills, Service Now Solutions. • Knowledge of Siebel, Netcracker, SAP, Salesforce, Juniper CSO, Juniper Mist. • Experience with development methodologies such as SAFe, Agile, Scrum, Kanban. • Good analytical thinking, communication, organizational skills, flexibility, and project management skills. • Familiarity with BPNM Modeling language and agile tools. • English at B2 level.
