Description
• implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. • Design, configuration and testing in various SAP Modules • Analyzing the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need • Carrying out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures • Developing and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others; provides direction and leadership • Providing detailed knowledge of industry best practices. • Acting as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards • Analyzing the demand from the customer for SAP application customization to propose an appropriate solution and realization • Consulting with ABAP developer or solution designer and propose the implementation design of the new components for SAP applications • Finding and fixing issues/errors on the application • Documenting changes on the system and design of new components to ensure their readability for future reference • Testing newly added functionalities to avoid errors on productive system
Requirements
• Have a Master’s degree • Have minimum 3 years Experience in ICT Application Operation & Management • have advance knowledge in SAP R3 software and ABAP debugging • Have great general IT overview and DTAG portfolio knowledge • Speak English at least on B2 level and German on level minimum B2
