📋 Description
• Developing general strategic specifications for data provision and identification of data for logical data models and structures. • Developing assessment and steering tools for various data sources to provide required data records. • Setting up E2E ETL pipelines for multiple data sources ensuring data quality, performance and stability. • Developing data models and steering the implementation of the models in collaboration with business and data teams. • Devising decision-making proposals and recommending courses of action; presenting results at management level. • Assuming E2E responsibility for strategic data projects, from requirement gathering to go-live.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable qualification • Minimum 4 years of professional experience as data engineer / architect • Strong understanding of ETL processes and data architecture including data cleansing and validation • Excellent programming skills in Python with strong experience using Python libraries like Pandas and NumPy • Knowledge of Data Pipeline monitoring tools and approaches • Hands-on experience in working in Hyperscaler environments, especially Google Cloud Platform • Experience in setting up databases, data lakes, data warehouses, feature stores, etc. • Advanced knowledge in preparation of data sets for Machine Learning approaches and models • Strong customer-oriented working mode, ideally with experience in HR / employee survey domain • Self-responsibility and independent working principle, experience in international Scrum teams • Excellent writing and communication skills (English) • Flexible for business travels
