🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable qualification. • Minimum 4 years of professional experience as data analyst / scientist. • Excellent programming skills in Python and strong experience with Python libraries for data manipulation. • Outstanding analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills, solid knowledge in statistics. • Expert knowledge in Data Visualization with libraries and tools like Seaborn, Matplotlib, Tableau, PowerBI. • Advanced knowledge in classical Machine Learning approaches and models. • Strong knowledge in UML and data modeling. • Experience in HR / employee survey domain. • Excellent writing and communication skills in English. • Flexible for business travels.
