Description

• As ServiceNow Technical Consultant you will be involved in the implementation of ServiceNow projects • Familiarize yourself with each phase of a software development project • Assume responsibilities, especially in relation to independent programming tasks • Develop ServiceNow Design and Update Documentation for code and configurations • Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus • Code and configure interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems • Performs system and integration testing with sample and live data • Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the application

Requirements

• > 1 year of hands-on experience with the platform • Experience with ServiceNow implementations of ServiceNow ITSM modules – Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application • Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs • Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs – all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system • System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP • Thorough understanding of ITIL processes • Professional experience in software development or web development • Good working knowledge of JavaScript or comparable web technologies • Good knowledge of SQL, HTML, XML, and CSS, as well as client/server • Knowledge of agile software development (scrum) • Fluent English and University degree • ITIL Foundations Certifications preferred • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred
