📋 Description

• Join Dev.Pro - a US-based outsourcing software development company that has been delivering exceptional software experience to clients since 2011. • We invite an organized and meticulous Finance Specialist with strong communication skills to join our Finance Department at Dev.Pro. • In this role, you’ll manage credit card transactions, ensure accurate reporting and communicate with various internal teams and external vendors in Ukraine and globally. • You’ll help maintain the efficiency and accuracy of our financial operations, supporting critical processes that keep the company running smoothly. • Gain hands-on experience in payment and payroll processing, financial reporting, and vendor communication. • Enjoy well-established processes while handling clear, organized, and predictable tasks. • In this role, you'll act as a connection between contractors and the company's financial operations. Your responsibility will be to provide clear and timely communication, assist contractors with documentation, tax and operational issues and help ensure the smooth operation of our Finance Department. • Provide advice to contractors on financial and operational issues. • Prepare, review and manage the signing of agreements and other documentation with contractors. • Communicate with external accountants on taxation issues and tax law updates. • Organize and monitor the input of information into internal trackers to ensure accurate and timely data management. • Collaborate with internal teams to address questions and provide clarifications. • Here, we appreciate your contribution and the value you add to projects. • Dev.Pro offers a culturally diverse, gender-neutral, empathetic, and parenthood-friendly work environment where everyone’s needs and differences are treated with equal respect and care.

🎯 Requirements

• Financial education and knowledge, with a solid understanding of finance principles, transactions and reports • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data organization and analysis • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and vendors • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent work ethics • Ability to process big data • Intermediate English level • Understanding of tax and accounting principles for individual entrepreneurs (FOP) • Experience in working with people
