🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience with strong knowledge of PM theory and tools • Strong people management and team facilitation skills • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills • Proficiency with metrics such as predictability, estimation, velocity, capacity, and change request volume • Excellent reporting skills and hands-on experience • Solid understanding of Scrum with experience facilitating Scrum events • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to adapt, follow instructions, and take guidance • Open-minded, stakeholder-oriented, and friendly approach • Upper-Intermediate English level • Knowledge of Statement of Work (SOW) processes and documentation (Desirable) • Experience with budget planning (Desirable)
