🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment and candidate research • Familiarity with the IT field, including key technologies and roles • Basic understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process and/or experience in recruiting activities • Familiarity with various search/sourcing tools • Proficiency in Google Docs • Experience with any ATS • Upper-Intermediate English level (written and spoken) • Keen attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills • Ability to prioritize tasks, switch between them quickly, and meet deadlines • Ability to work within a team, and with people from different timezones. • Participation in HR or recruitment courses/seminars tailored to the needs of the IT sector • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
