Description

• Lead the team in performance and load testing on the client’s POS system, mobile and cloud applications • Create and execute complex test plans and test scenarios • Improve performance and identify bottlenecks • Drive the creation and implementation of testing frameworks from scratch • Work with the development team to resolve performance problems • Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership • Analyze performance metrics and report on test results • Ensure best practices in performance testing and automation are applied • Update relevant stakeholders on performance issues and improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on automation testing experience, including performance and load testing • Proficiency with tools like Gatling and K6 • Experience tracking performance metrics, identifying and fixing bottlenecks, troubleshooting issues, and suggesting improvements • Experience with JavaScript • Background in mobile application performance testing (Android, iOS, React Native is a plus) • Strong Docker skills • Experience with AWS services • Strong leadership skills and QA team leadership experience • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Upper-Intermediate English level
