In this role, you’ll help shape the future of a dynamic, high-impact performance management platform used by top global enterprises. 🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in UI/UX, product, or interaction design for business applications • Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping • Strong knowledge of usability, UX best practices, and visual design for web and mobile • Proven ability to create compelling, user-centered designs for web and mobile (portfolio required) • Rapid prototyping and iteration skills for discovery and early feedback • Experience effectively solving product challenges from concept to execution • Background in large-scale e2e information architecture transformation projects • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking • Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and robust teamwork skills • Experience working with cross-functional teams and customers for input and feedback • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment • Familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, Framer, Origami, etc. • Experience with B2B Enterprise, SaaS, and agile development • Degree in graphic design, HCI, cognitive science, or related field
